Paleo Pancakes

Enjoy a delicious stack of paleo pancakes made with wholesome ingredients. These pancakes are gluten-free, dairy-free, and perfect for a satisfying breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Coconut oil, for cooking

Instructions:

Beat the eggs and mashed bananas together in a mixing bowl


Stir in cinnamon, baking powder, and almond flour


Blend until thoroughly blended


In a skillet over medium heat, preheat the coconut oil


To make the desired size pancakes, pour pancake batter onto the skillet


Fry until surface bubbles appear, then turn and continue cooking until both sides are golden brown


Proceed with the leftover batter


Enjoy and warm up!
