Beetroot Smoothie

A vibrant and healthy beetroot smoothie packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and natural sweetness. It's a perfect way to boost your energy and get a nutritious start to your day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized beetroot, peeled and chopped

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled

  • 1 cup frozen berries strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional

  • Ice cubes optional

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions:

Add the chopped beetroot, ripe banana, frozen berries, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to a blender


If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness and ice cubes for extra chill


Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with more almond milk if needed


Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired


Serve immediately and enjoy your nutritious beetroot smoothie!
